Landtmann is popular with the town's dignitaries and is often the site of government press conferences. Up front is a room that once was reserved for the exclusive use of ladies; in back is a small room where bridge players still meet. The main room has a 1920s look, with highly polished wood. There is a good selection of international newspapers and magazines.
