This unique property in a residential area several blocks from the central business district offers a tranquil, homey alternative to Cabo's larger resorts. The nearest beach is a bit of a hike, but you can easily walk to shops and restaurants near the marina, and there's free parking if you decide to rent a car.
Each of the 16 one- and two-bedroom units has air conditioning, a private bathroom and kitchenette, with terra cotta floors and casual Mexican-style furnishings. The central courtyard has a heated pool and open-air dining area where full breakfasts are served each morning.
The average year-round price for rooms is $135 a night. Children under 12 stay free. A full breakfast is included in all rates.
