This tiny inn offers elegant yet reasonably priced accommodations in a four-story Victorian townhouse listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Built in 1874 and fully renovated in 1976, the home is located in Cleveland’s Midtown Corridor, a revitalized 19th-century residential area between the downtown business district and University Circle. Five guest rooms are available, including two large front rooms with sitting areas. Common areas include an atmospheric front parlor, a shared kitchenette, and a grand dining room where owner/innkeeper Robin Yates serves a full American breakfast each morning.

Double rates range from $65 to $95 per night, with discounts available for longer stays or for single occupancy.
