Although the main business at Ramekins is an engaging program of amateur cooking classes, the second floor of the facility is outfitted with six comfortable guest rooms that are operated as a small bed and breakfast inn. All rooms have private bathrooms and are decorated in keeping with the school's overall culinary theme, with rates ranging from $125 to $235 per night depending on the season and the day of the week. The location, on a commercial stretch of West Spain Street, is lacking in charm, but the historic Sonoma Plaza is just a few blocks away.

Anyone can book a stay at Ramekins for times when the rooms are not reserved for students or guest instructors, but if you love to cook and eat, consider combining your stay with a hands-on class or cooking demonstration. Midday, afternoon and evening sessions are offered in a range of culinary styles and specialties featuring an impressive line-up of guest instructors, including some well-known television personalities and professional chefs. Package discounts are available for guests who combine cooking classes with accommodations at the school.
