The Mario Andretti Racing School offers a variety of speedway fantasies, ranging from affordable six-lap passenger rides at various race tracks around the country to hands-on driving lessons that put amateurs into the cockpits of custom-built 600-horsepower Indy-style race cars. The school’s top-of-the-line World Champion Experience features a day and a half of classroom lessons, safety training and a total of 66 laps on the track — including two six-car racing exercises that simulate the side-by-side, nose-to-tail thrill of a real professional race.

Participants in all driving programs must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. No previous racing experience is necessary, though height and weight restrictions are enforced, and drivers should be in good physical condition. All equipment is provided except gloves and shoes.
