• Avoid stapled backing.
  
• Avoid lightweight material.
  
• For better quality, look for high-grade steel.
  
• Look for a minimum of three inches of padding.
  
• And make the padding is supported by double stitching.
  
• Adjustability — incline, flat and decline positioning.
