Life is all about choices. Just ask Lesley Ann Machado, host of Fine Living Network's American Shopper. Born and raised in New Jersey and west New York, Lesley says the selfless sacrifices and courage of her parents and her grandmother have helped shape her life. She chooses to live her life with the perfect balance of work, relaxation and positive attitude!

Although her first jobs were as an assistant to her ballet teacher and a lifeguard at the town pool, Lesley knew she'd be on TV one day. As a matter of fact, she used to sit in her room practicing her future career in the mirror! As an entertainment journalist, Lesley says she loves to interview people at all levels of life and share the inspiration of their stories and the paths they choose. She loves the pace, diversity and the life lessons she learns on the job.

When she's not in front of the camera, Lesley chooses to relax with her loved ones and pets. She also loves to read, write, create, observe and listen. Life's all about making choices, and Lesley helps make some of those choices easier as host of Fine Living Network's American Shopper!
