VietnamAny Given Latitude travels north-south through Vietnam to discover the riches of its people, land and culture. We start in ancient Hanoi, then road trip to small-town farms, sacred rivers and the broad smiles of locals.
The coast of Vietnam offers outlandish beauty, starting with the miraculous maze of islands and floating villages in Halong Bay, and again underwater, with the coral canyons off Nha Trang. The stories of the people are beautiful as well: Along the way, we meet and learn about diver master Xuan, and local photographer Long Thanh.
We end in Ho Chi Minh City, the big, bustling epicenter of Vietnamese change.
