Take the Coffee IQ Quiz
Use tiny filters that sit on a coffee cup.
Line the bottom of the coffee cup with condensed milk.
Put the filter on the cup and put the Vietnamese coffee in the filter.
Pour hot water over the top and let it drip through to the condensed milk.
When it's finished dripping ordinarily 5-10 minutes later stir and pour over ice.
You can also use traditionally brewed coffee for café sua da.
At a restaurant, order this coffee before dinner so it will have time to drip all the way through and you can enjoy it with dessert.
