Honey-Dill Mustard: To store-bought Dijon mustard add honey and fresh dill
Herb Butter: To softened, unsalted butter add any variety of freshly chopped herbs (chives, tarragon, parsley, thyme, etc.).
Tarragon Mayonnaise: To store-bought mayo add fresh chopped tarragon, a squeeze of lemon and prepared horseradish to taste. Combine in a food processor and keep chilled.
