Palm Springs Vintage Races, Imperial Palace Car Collection (109)In the warmth of America's desert playground, Palm Springs hosts the Annual Palm Springs Grand Prix, with more than 250 vintage cars from all over the world, some from the 1920s and 30s. Big names in racing such as Carroll Shelby and Phil Hill come to enjoy the amazing atmosphere, and cars are driven by the likes of Mario Andretti. Spectators can enjoy rare vintage Aston Martins, Jaguars, Ferraris, and Mercedes — and watch sports cars race by on a 1.5 mile Grand Prix Road Circuit.
For those who believe that automobiles capture our dreams and memories, the Imperial Palace Automobile Collection in Las Vegas presents a collection of 1,000 beautiful historic cars. Here you will find Marilyn Monroe's 1955 Lincoln Capri Convertible, Mussolini's 1939 Lancia Astura Ministerile convertible and many of the popular cars used by former Presidents of the United States.
