All-American Dan Gurney/Santa Barbara Concours
Racing legend Dan Gurney remains the only American citizen to win the Grand Prix in a car of his own construction. He has competed in at least 303 events in 20 countries, with 25 different makes of cars, and his victories include seven Formula 1 races, seven Indy 500 races, and five NASCAR Winston cups. Although Gurney retired as a race driver, he is also a legend behind the scenes. His Gurney Eagle had dominated the racing scene for several years, and Gurney has brought his expertise to Hollywood in several different films and shows.

The brainchild of Italian entrepreneur Ferruccio Lamborghini, the Lamborghini is the ultimate grand touring car, with state-of-the-art mechanics and elegance, built for long distance rather than racing. So few are made, many of these "charging bulls" are rare treasures. The Lamborghini brings out many admirers each year at the Santa Barbara Concours d'Elegance. There anyone, including several celebrities and famous drivers, can enjoy the new, the old and the restored versions of these magnificent cars.
