You Want the Good News or Bad? It's not easy being good at what you do. Real estate broker Brad Lamb has the reputation of being the best condo realtor in his city and has learned to take the good with the bad in this business. And he's got plenty of the latter. A townhouse construction site encounters multiple problems with zoning, leaving Brad and his agent Nicole to deal with the consequences and some unhappy purchasers.
