Pricing High and Staging Agents Joanna Parker-Lentz and Jodi Rubenstein take on new client, Jill, who hopes to sell her house at a high price so that she can afford to buy her dream house. The agents agree to list Jill's home at a higher price than they are comfortable with in order to help her out. Meanwhile, agent Linda Russell has a second business as a stager. Roy Scott enlists Russell to stage one of his houses to make it more appealing to potential buyers.
