Mint Julep Great Cocktails : Episode FLGCT-107L
Ingredients:
finely crushed ice
3 oz. bourbon
1-2 oz. simple syrup
5-6 sprigs fresh mint
Tools:
short straws
Collins glass
bar spoon
Cut straws so they are two inches taller than serving glass. Add crushed ice to glass 2/3 full. Add bourbon and syrup. Stir for 20 seconds. Add more ice and stir again until a thin layer of ice forms on the outside of the glass. Garnish with fresh mint stems and serve with straws.
