Lemon Drop

Ingredients:
1-1/2 oz. citrus vodka
1 ts. super-fine sugar
1/2 lemon
sugar
lemon twist
Tools:
cocktail glass
shaker
strainer
citrus squeezer
plate
Fill a shaker half full of ice. Pour in 1-1/2 oz. citrus vodka, 1 tsp. super-fine sugar and the juice of half a lemon. Shake and set aside. Rim the outside of a cocktail glass with sugar and pour in the mixture. Garnish with a lemon twist.
