Karolyne and Gavin Karolyne is a trainee barrister, or lawyer, with exacting standards when it comes to the men in her life. She's single, but there's one type of person she'd never dream of dating — an Essex Boy. When she thinks Essex, she thinks of beer-swilling guys with blue-collar jobs — in other words, not the high-society boys she's used to.
She's been paired with power plant supervisor Gavin. He is the stereotypical Essex Boy, but he believes he can still win Karolyne's affections. She is going to spend the entire weekend on a date in Gavin's world, but can he capture her heart?
