Choco-Art

  • Refrigerate chocolate molds for at least four minutes between each step of the process to set the chocolate.
  • Adding kirsh or another liquid causes melted chocolate to seize and become thicker.

Chocolate Martini

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add 1 oz. Vanilla rum or vodka.
  3. Add 1/2 oz. White Crème de Cacao.
  4. Add 1 oz. Chocolate liqueur.
  5. Shake, strain and serve.
