Come along for a tasty treat as several saucy singles learn how to prepare homemade pizza with acclaimed pastry Chef Chad Pagano.

Pagano, a former drill sergeant, applies the same techniques to his cooking classes as he does to drilling troops: Make it right and on the double! For this lesson, he teaches the class how to prepare an easy yet sophisticated crusty pie that will impress any potential dinner date. These New York singles really have to open up and let it roll if to make a pie that pleases this chef!

The class begins with a simple but classic recipe for Pizza Margherita. Once the students accomplish this task, it's onto bigger and richer pies using their own blend of fresh ingredients. The catch in round two is they must make their own dough from scratch. Pagano's "take no prisoners" style turns to "leave no pie behind" as he helps his struggling students get their dough together and in the oven. The result? Pizzas that taste as if they were prepared in the old country--Mamma Mia!
