Dinner and Salsa Dancing In downtown Philadelphia, the Hot Havana cooking and dance class combines the spice from the kitchen with the heat from the dance floor--and the combination has proven to be a big hit among 20- and 30-somethings.
Chef Douglas Rodriquez starts this class with a unique drink, then moves on to ceviche and tapas (meat on a stick). Between courses, the talented Shana Vitoff teaches the students the basics of salsa dancing.
The grand finale: a party where everyone gets to show off their new moves and enjoy their tasty creations.
