Miami Fraidy FishIt's a group therapy course in seafood as eight "fraidy fish" students from sunny Miami meet up at the city's beautiful Mandarin Oriental Hotel to overcome their fear of making meals with the bounty of the sea....
While everyone in the group loves eating seafood... the thought of preparing and cooking it at home leaves them a little seasick. Luckily, Clay Conley, head chef at Azul Restaurant, has plenty of experience creating fabulous seafood dishes and it will be his job to teach these students the basics of cleaning, filleting and boning fish.
