Six confessed "junk-food junkies" turn to natural-foods chef and author Andrea Beaman for inspiration to change their unhealthy eating habits.

Two busy moms are looking for new family meals. One sister has dragged another to the class to get her off the junk-food bandwagon. A hypothyroidism sufferer is looking to Chef Beaman for help in treating the condition with a nutritional strategy, an area where Beaman has had considerable past success.

All the students are after the same payoff: healthy meals that don't take a lot of time to prepare. And Beaman doesn't disappoint. She serves up a 35-minute menu featuring a wide range of healthy foods, complete with tasty solutions for satisfying a sweet tooth without harmful sugar. By the time the class wraps up, the students are enjoying tofu, acquainting themselves with a variety of greens and planning to head home with a whole new take on healthy eating.
