Spicy ginger beer brings gingerbread flavor to this simple, refreshing cocktail. Try different garnishes in each glass: a maraschino cherry, a mint leaf, lemon or orange peels, or even a slice of fresh ginger.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces vanilla flavored vodka
4 ounces ginger beer
Various garnishes
Ice

Directions:

1. Pour vodka over a couple of ice cubes in a cocktail glass.
   
2. Add ginger beer, garnish with a cherry, and serve.

Servings: 1 cocktail.
