Nice, fizzy, pretty and tart describe this non-alcoholic cooler from Joy Perrine, who hails from New Jersey, has bartended for 40 years and now mixes it up at Jack's Lounge in Louisville, Ky.
"It's a great drink for spring and summer, very refreshing," she says. "And it's made from ingredients that are bar basics."
Ingredients:
1 part Roses Lime
1 part grenadine
1/2 part simple syrup
3 parts water
Shake all ingredients over ice and add a splash of Sprite or club soda. Garnish with a lime and cherry.
