Ingredients:
8 to 12 leaves of mint
1/2 oz. ginger syrup (use recipe of your choice)
1 1/2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. lemon-lime juice
Ginger beer
Lime wedge for garnish
Instructions: - In an 8 to 12 oz. Pilsner or Collins glass, cover mint leaves with ginger syrup and muddle lightly until the mint begins to release its aromas.
- Fill the glass with ice and add gin and lemon-lime juice.
- Top off with ginger beer.
- Using a bar spoon, stir the drink from the bottom up to mix.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
