Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Very Superior Old Pale (VSOP) cognac
1 oz. Watermelon Schnapps
Splash pineapple juice

Instructions:

1. Fill a pint glass with ice and add cognac, Schnapps and pineapple juice.
2. Mix thoroughly.
   
3. Pour into a fresh glass.
