Serving 27 martini varieties on an everyday basis, Tini Bigs in Seattle offers this recipe for special Christmas cheer. "This 'Tini' is hot, hot, hot," says General Manager Patrick Haight. "We’ve taken Bend Distillery’s 'Mazama' chili-pepper-infused vodka and welded it with luscious chocolate liqueur and sweetened whipped cream.

"It's not for the faint of heart, but it is ever so sinful on the tongue," says Haight, who also co-authored Tini Bigs Big Martinis.

Instructions:

1. Rim a martini glass with cocoa powder with a pinch of cayenne pepper added.
2. Shake together 2 oz. Mazama vodka from Bend Distillery in Bend, Ore. and 2 oz. Godiva chocolate liqueur and pour into glass.
3. Top with 1 1/2 oz. sweetened whipping cream.
4. Garnish the cream with a small Thai chili pepper.
