Ingredients:
3 slices of cucumber
1/4 oz. Pimm's Cup No. 1
1 oz. gin
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Splash of simple syrup
Preparation:
- Muddle 2 slices of cucumber and the Pimm's No. 1 in the bottom of a mixing glass, breaking down the cucumber almost completely.
- Top with ice, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup.
- Shake until cold and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with remaining slice of cucumber.
