Ingredients:
2 strawberries, quartered and tops removed, plus 1 for garnish
4 to 5 leaves basil, plus 1 for garnish
1/2 oz. balsamic syrup
1 1/2 oz. Caçhaca
1/4 oz. Cointreau
1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
Soda water
Preparation:
- In a mixing glass, muddle the strawberries and basil with the balsamic syrup into a pulp.
- Top with ice and remaining ingredients, and shake until cold.
- Strain into an ice-filled Pilsner or Collins glass and top with soda water.
- Garnish with a strawberry and basil leaf.
