Green Eyes Cocktail
Put some lime — and lime green — into this coconut Midori cocktail.
The Midori melon liqueur company concocted this unusual tropical cocktail made green with Midori and potent with rum.
Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Midori
1 oz. rum
1/2 oz. coconut cream
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
Method: stir.
Serve in old-fashioned glass.
Garnish: pineapple wedge
