Emerald Gem Champagne Cocktail
A toast to a light drink that's still sparkly green!

If you don't have fresh mint on hand for garnish, fake it with a bit of fresh basil.

Ingredients:
5-6 oz champagne
1 tablespoon green creme de menthe
Chill champagne.
Add creme de menthe to glass or flute, top with champagne and stir slightly.
