Key Lime Freeze

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Rose's® lime juice
Splash of simple syrup
1 oz. Licor 43
1 oz. vanilla vodka
1 oz. half-and-half
Garnish: graham-cracker crumbs, lime wedge

Preparation:

Dip the rim of a martini glass into a rimmer sponge soaked with simple syrup. Fill the sponge’s detachable cover (sugar side) with crushed graham-crackers crumbs, then dip the rim into the crumbs and agitate until generously coated.

Place ice, lime juice, simple syrup, Licor 43 and vanilla vodka in a blender. Finish the mix with half-and-half. Cover and blend on high for 10 seconds.

Pour the mixture into the middle of the martini glass, taking care not to disturb the graham-cracker rim. Garnish with a simple lime wedge on the edge of the glass.
