Find out what it's like to break the sound barrier at MiGs over Moscow, where you'll fly a MiG-25 Foxbat jet.
Then, take in the sites and sounds of Moscow, including Red Square, the Kremlin, St. Basil's Cathedral and the Ismailova outdoor flea market.
Camp Details
- All campers must be at least 18 years old to fly. No pilot's license or previous flying experience is required.
- Because the camp is located at the formerly top-secret Zhukovsky Air Base an hour outside of Moscow, anyone flying will need a special security clearance which is obtained through the camp.
- Campers need to be in reasonably good health, meaning no heart condition, and will be required to meet with the camp physician prior to flying. Campers over 40 are required to deliver EKG results to Incredible Adventures, the company that hosts the camp.
About the Plane
- The MiG-25 Foxbat C flies at almost three times the speed of sound and twice as high as a commercial jet, 80,000 feet. The plane flies so high that the atmosphere above the plane is black.
- Campers will not go more than Mach 2+, which is just over twice the speed of sound.
