RELATED LINKS 5 Cool Cocktails

Ingredients:

Yield: 1 serving

1/2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. Cointreau or Triple sec Liqueur
1 oz. pineapple juice
2 pieces of fresh pineapple
3 oz. champagne

Directions:

1. Muddle the pineapple pieces and the Cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass.
   
2. Add vodka and juice and stir with ice.
   
3. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
   
4. Top with Champagne.
   
5. Garnish with a cherry.
