The finest chocolates in the U.S. are made at La Chatelaine in Bozeman, Montana. They use only the finest chocolates and their Azteca and single-origin Madagascar are simply divine. Of course, the Brûlée and the Huckleberry are also wonderful!!
The owners (from France and New Orleans) take great pains to replicate the fine chocolatieries of Paris and Europe, and they hand-make their chocolates daily. They are seemingly always in the shop ready to give personal insights into enjoying such fine chocolates. You must try it before deciding on your favorite!
