I have two favorites, Vosges and Recchuiti. I buy Vosges at Caesar's Palace when I go to Las Vegas and Recchiuti at the Pier when I go to San Francisco. Vosges has a chocolate bar with a white and pink wrapper that has a hint of salty taste combined with the chocolate. It is my current favorite.

The best chocolate is Vosges Haut Chocolat! Check their website for some unique chocolates. I always visit the Las Vegas store at the forum shops at Caesar's Palace when I'm in town.
