  FINE LIVING On Demand is a service that allows you to view your favorite types of shows when you want to watch them. In addition to the convenience factor, our On Demand programs allows you to use your remote control to rewind, pause or fast forward the show to the exact spot you wish to see.

• How does FINE LIVING On Demand work?
  FINE LIVING On Demand can be accessed with your remote control. You simply scroll through the menus and pick your favorite shows from our categories.

• I already have FINE LIVING, what makes FINE LIVING On Demand different?
  FINE LIVING On Demand has some very special features which make On Demand programming unique, and quite different from the on-air network. We offer compilations, which are single-topic specials consisting of content from many different episodes. These compilations bring the best and most useful information to you on a variety of topics, from gardening to decorating. We also feature some short form content, which allows you, the viewer, to gather simple and pertinent information in only a few moments. Of course, we make your favorite programs available in their entirety, as well, so you don't have to miss a thing.

• How can I get FINE LIVING On Demand?
  Your local cable operator can help you get our On Demand offerings. Check our availability page to see if your city is already among the first to get this great new product. If your city isn't listed, feel free to call your local cable company and ask when you, too, will be able to see your favorite programs at your convenience.

• When will FINE LIVING On Demand be available in my area?
  On Demand is a new technology. While it is available in many cities throughout the U.S., there are still many more where we would like to offer On Demand programming. We are currently in negotiations to bring our On Demand services to additional cable systems and cities.

• Do I have to have digital cable to enjoy FINE LIVING On Demand?
  Yes. Currently, our On Demand product can only be provided to those who already have the digital cable technology in their homes. Now is the perfect time to upgrade to digital cable so you can enjoy all of the On Demand offerings.

• How often will I see new shows On Demand?
  New FINE LIVING On Demand programs are added to the mix weekly. Most of the shows stay active for four to five weeks.

• What time of day is FINE LIVING On Demand available?
  That's the great thing about On Demand programming — it's always available, all day, all night. You are able to watch the programs when it is most convenient to you — they will be there waiting.

• Who should I contact if I have problems with FINE LIVING On Demand?
  Your cable provider should be your first source when you have a problem. They should be able to help you through most technical issues. If you are unable to get an answer through them, then contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
