Follow That Food : Episode FLFTF-125F

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients:

8 ounces dried red jalapeno chiles
4 ounces piquin chiles
4 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 cup white vinegar
Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Using a blender or pestle and mortar, combine all of the ingredients and blend well. The mixture should become like a paste.
  2. Once it is well mixed, place in a container and serve whenever you feel like having something spicy.
  3. Serve with tortillas or marinate fish, meat, poultry, or any of your favorite foods.
