Ingredients:
Small handful snow pea sprouts
1 red radish, finely sliced
6 fresh cherries, pitted and halved
6 slivers preserved lemon, julienne
10 rocket leaves
3 tablespoons verjuice vinaigrette

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients with vinaigrette.
