4 cups mixed greens
Macadamia nut oil
1 cup crushed macadamia nuts
Instructions:
- Wash the mixed greens and dry well.
- Place one cup mixed greens on each plate.
- Drizzle macadamia nut oil, to taste, over greens.
- Garnish with a little crushed macadamia nut.
