Small Mixed Salad with Macadamia Nut Oil

Ingredients:

4 cups mixed greens
Macadamia nut oil
1 cup crushed macadamia nuts

Instructions:

  1. Wash the mixed greens and dry well.
  2. Place one cup mixed greens on each plate.
  3. Drizzle macadamia nut oil, to taste, over greens.
  4. Garnish with a little crushed macadamia nut.
