Sarah has a bachelor's of applied interior design from Mount Royal College in Calgary. After graduation Sarah got a job with a small, yet growing, design firm. As a junior designer, Sarah designs floor plans, workspaces, color and finish selection as well as the preparation of design drawings.

Sarah's dream is to change the world through design. She would love to work for a firm that shares her positive way of thinking and the belief that designers reduce our impact on the environment and improve our quality of life. Sarah sees herself positioned perfectly for this job of a lifetime as Debbie's chief designer. Sarah says, "My ultimate goal in life is to be happy. Truly happy. Where going to work is a joy, not a chore."

Scottie Penner
Age: 26
Occupation: Set designer
Hometown: Toronto, Ontario
Design Style: Kitschy and classic
Motto to Live By: Not really!

Scottie attended York University, where he obtained a bachelor of fine arts in set and costume design. Scottie dreams of one day designing for the Metropolitan Opera in New York City.

Scottie loves the grass roots approach to his design style and often scavenges for his treasuers and inspiration in thrift stores and prop houses. With years of performing arts training, Scottie enjoys the limelight and has been described by his friends as "a 24-hour dance party." Scottie is motivated for the chance to be Debbie's new chief designer and says, "If I want something, I go for it until I get it."
