4 hake steaks
olive oil
white wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves
fresh parsley sprigs
salt
Instructions:
Sprinkle a few pinches of salt over each steak
Put two tablespoons olive oil into a baking dish and place fish steaks on top. Move steaks around so they are well covered in oil.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200F for 20 minutes.
Remove fish from the oven and place on a large plate.
Pour a generous amount of olive oil into a frying pan and place over high heat. Add sliced garlic and chopped parsley. Fry until garlic turns golden (usually a few minutes).
Pour hot oil over fish steaks, sprinkle with a few drops of vinegar and serve immediately.
