Amazing Antwerp Our escape to Antwerp begins at a quaint 17th-century converted townhouse hotel that features a classic sense of style and a personal touch in each room. The hotel has 10 rooms, each of which boasts a mix of antiques and modern furniture; the property was fully restored in 1993.
Next, we gain historical perspective through an exploration of Antwerp's narrow streets, Grand Plaza and an ancient castle. This guided city walk is a great way to learn historical facts about the city and its buildings. Then we follow our sweet tooth to indulge in the delicacy that put Belgium on the gastronomic map. A guided chocolate-factory tour offers an up-close look at how the chocolate is made (mostly by hand!) Later, we tee off on a breathtaking course in the countryside, complete with stunning water hazards that contribute to a very challenging game!
