- Little Palm Island was the location for PT-109, a film about John F. Kennedy's war years starring Cliff Robertson.
- There are 28 oceanfront bungalow suites. Each suite includes a living room, king size bed, sitting area, whirlpool bath—and a totally private outdoor shower.
- There are no televisions, telephones or alarms clocks on the island.
- The average daily year-round temperature is 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
