In May 2003, this true high-end and high-style cocktail lounge opened, and it's thriving today. 2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. sweet vermouth
orange bitters
cherry

strainer
cocktail glass
Fill a shaker half full of ice. Combine 3-4 dashes orange bitters, 2 oz. bourbon and 1 oz. sweet vermouth. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
