Oscar™ Party Drinks
Scarlett O'Hara
Ingredients:
2 oz. Southern Comfort
1 oz. cranberry juice
2 dashes lime juice
lime
Tools:
rocks glass
shaker
strainer
Fill a shaker half full of ice. Pour in Southern Comfort, cranberry juice and lime juice. Shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime.
Godfather
Ingredients:
2 oz. Scotch
1 oz. amaretto
Tools:
old-fashioned glass
Pour and amaretto over rocks in an old-fashioned glass. Stir.
Moulin Rouge
Ingredients:
1-1/2 oz. sloe gin
3/4 oz. sweet vermouth
1 dash bitters
lemon twist
Tools:
cocktail glass
shaker
strainer
Fill a shaker half full of ice. Pour in sloe gin, sweet vermouth and a dash of bitters. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
