Mixology Masterpieces
Ingredients:
2 oz. gin 1/2 lemon 1 tsp. powdered sugar Club soda Lemon wedge
Tools: Collins glass Shaker Strainer Citrus squeezer
Preparation:
Fill a shaker half full of ice. Pour in gin, the lemon juice and powdered sugar. Shake vigorously. Strain over new ice in a Collins glass.
Top it off with club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.
