1/2 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
2 oz. Barbados rum
dash Angostura bitters
dash simple syrup
1 mint sprig
1 pineapple spear
lime
crushed ice

Fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Squeeze in lime juice. Add 2 oz. Barbados rum, a dash of Angostura bitters and a dash of simple syrup and stir until well blended. Garnish with lime, mint and a pineapple spear.
