1/2 oz. lemongrass-infused simple syrup

African amber tea

Fill a shaker half full of ice. Combine the juice from one lemon, 1/2 oz. lemongrass-infused simple syrup and a little bit of water. Shake it up and strain over ice in a Champagne flute. Fill with African amber tea and garnish with a lemon wedge.
