2 oz. Laphroaig scotch
1 oz. sweet vermouth
Peychaud's bitters
maraschino cherry

Fill a glass half full of ice. Combine 2 oz. scotch, 1 oz. sweet vermouth and a few dashes Peychaud's bitters. Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
